The city of Point Venture is a great place to invest in a vacation rental home. The quaint community on the north shore of Lake Travis has been a popular vacation destination since the 1970s. Point Venture's biggest draw is of course the lake, but it also offers amenities such as a pool, parks, golfing, and more. A permit is required for all short term rental properties in Point Venture.
