Raymond Von Dissen

After spending time on both coasts, Raymond officially decided to call Austin home seven years ago. Originally from Paso Robles, California he served in the Marines for 4 years before moving to New York City. He has an MBA from Syracuse University and a passion for real estate. Raymond has received multiple awards for outstanding performance and professionalism. He believes that the keys to a successful real estate transaction are strong communications, managing the details and getting out in front of issues. In additon to helping helping investors acquire short term rental properties, he also founded a home renovation company called Home Prepair, which helps homeowners optimize their home repair process in a quick turnaround time in order to get ready to bring the property to market or move into a new home and everything in between.
